A walk-in shower is a real eye-catcher in the bathroom. You can enter the shower area without opening a door. The Sita walk-in shower is also very practical thanks to the towel holder, so you always have a towel within reach!
The Sita walk-in shower is made of tempered safety glass with a NANO coating. It comes with a stabilizing bar.
Tempered safety glass:
All our walk-in showers are made of tempered safety glass as standard. Safety glass, as the name suggests, is safer than standard glass. If regular glass breaks, it will shatter into large pieces. With safety glass, the glass is manufactured in such a way that, if it breaks, it shatters into thousands of small pieces. This significantly reduces the risk of serious injury. This is a major advantage, especially during installation, where most breakage occurs.
NANO coating:
At a microscopic level, the world looks very different. In the case of glass, we see that a product made of glass has numerous tiny open pores. These pores allow dirt and limescale to quickly adhere. By applying a NANO coating with (machine) rollers, these pores are "sealed," making it much harder for dirt and limescale to adhere to the glass surface. NANO coating therefore ensures that the product stays clean longer and that limescale and dirt adhere more slowly. Low-maintenance, therefore.
