This must be reported to the entrepreneur , iWoon VOF, within 48 hours of delivery

Reports made after the 48 hour period are virtually not covered by the warranty.

The reports can be made via the 'Need help?' page, the following must be selected under the heading 'Reason for contact': '48-hour check'.

The aim is to contact the customer within 5 working days. iWoon VOF accepts no liability for the delay of the work and the associated costs. However, iWoon VOF guarantees maximum commitment for a rapid completion of the procedure.
