Delivery

If you order before 11:59 PM, your order will be delivered within 3 working days. Orders
are delivered throughout the Netherlands, with the exception of
Wadden Islands (contact us for the Wadden Islands via the contact page).
We also deliver in Belgium.

- Regular delivery days are Monday to Friday. *
* NB this is dependent and may differ per product.

- Deliveries take place between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

- Provided that delivery is prevented by external factors, the entrepreneur will contact the consumer, Article 1: paragraph 8 'iWoon VOF' .

- You will receive an indication of the delivery time by e-mail, this will happen one day before delivery. You will receive the final delivery time by email on the day of delivery. Check your spam box!

- If you have additional instructions for delivery, you can indicate this via the ' Comments ' heading in the shopping cart. The entrepreneur will try to take this into account in article 1: paragraph 8 'iWoon VOF' , we are dependent on the flexibility and possibilities of our carriers.

- The deliveries are always threshold deliveries , so there is:
not delivered to your home. Deliveries to your home are therefore not included
driver's duties. Delivery takes place from the public paved road.

Bulk transport (pallet shipping, such as tiles) deliveries are delivered to the first threshold on the ground floor, or to the place where the driver can reach with the pump truck. Please note that the pump truck cannot be operated on unpaved paths, such as grass, gravel and thresholds, etc.

It may therefore happen that your order cannot be delivered to the front door.

Living in an apartment?
We will then deliver the order to the porch on the ground floor. You are responsible for the further transport of the
products to your home.

Many hands make light work, so ensure there is sufficient manpower when the order arrives. The packaging and packaging materials will not be taken back upon ordering and will remain with you.

Delivery on and around Dutch public holidays may differ from the estimated delivery date as shown on the product pages and order page.

Due to the extreme busyness within logistics, deliveries may be delayed or delivered irregularly.

At iWoon there are different shipping costs that are charged. This has everything to do with the size and weight of the items. You can have an estimate made in your shopping cart.
Shipping costs are always automatically calculated for you at checkout.
