The AquaVik Kval faucet with its Nordic brushed nickel finish brings Scandinavian warmth to even the smallest spaces. This ultra-compact basin set combines clever use of space with the soft, inviting look of brushed nickel. The result is a basin that not only functions but also adds a sense of homeliness to any corner where it's placed.
Versatile applications
Don't be fooled by its modest size – the Kval Nordic opens up a world of possibilities. In a cozy bed and breakfast, it adds a luxurious touch to small rooms. For a home office, it offers a discreet washbasin without the need for a bathroom renovation. In vintage caravans and campers, it perfectly complements the nostalgic interior. Even in a walk-in closet or dressing room, the Kval adds functionality with style. The warm nickel finish makes the basin suitable for spaces where chrome would look too cold.
Design possibilities
Nordic brushed nickel plays beautifully with natural materials and soft colors. Against a wall with linen wallpaper, a soothing, organic atmosphere is created. Combined with terracotta tiles, it creates a Mediterranean feel. For a modern country style, place it against white wood paneling. The warm metallic hue also harmonizes surprisingly well with pastel shades—think soft pink, sage green, or powder blue. This color flexibility makes Kval Nordic a valuable element in a variety of interior styles.
Material benefits
Brushed nickel offers a warmer, softer look than polished chrome. The matte texture has the practical benefit of making watermarks less noticeable. The high-quality ceramic retains its shine for years, even with daily use. The compact design means no compromise on quality—the same premium ceramic as larger models, just in a space-saving format. The shallow bowl is cleverly designed to effectively collect water without splashing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why choose brushed nickel in a small space?
Brushed nickel has a warmer look than chrome, which makes small spaces feel more inviting. The matte finish reflects less bright light, which is beneficial in compact spaces. Moreover, the soft metallic shade complements more color palettes than cool chrome.
Is the Kval big enough for adults?
The Kval is designed for efficient hand washing in confined spaces. At 36.5 cm wide, it offers ample space for most users. It's the ideal size for children, and functional yet compact for adults.
How do I combine Nordic nickel with existing bathroom accessories?
Brushed nickel blends well with warm metals like copper and brass. Chrome creates an eclectic effect—use nickel as the main color with chrome accents. For a cohesive look, choose other Nordic series products.
Can this fountain also be used outside the bathroom?
Absolutely! Its compact size makes the Kval perfect for creative applications. Think mudrooms, hobby rooms, garden sheds, or even luxury sheds. The complete kit allows installation anywhere water is available.
What makes this fountain different from an ordinary small wash basin?
The Kval is specifically designed as a space-saving solution without compromising on design. The proportions, bowl depth, and faucet position are optimized for compact use. Plus, the complete set with a designer faucet makes it a stylish, all-in-one solution.
