Ecoliving Pearl - Timeless elegance in a compact format
The Ecoliving Pearl floor tile in the versatile 59x59 cm format brings the same subtle, natural look as its bigger brother, but in a size that fits perfectly in any room. With its soft pearly white hue and fine, natural texture, this tile forms a beautiful base for both modern and classic interiors. The subtle color nuances give depth and character without becoming dominant.
Part of the Ecoliving collection by DOMINO, this tile stands for minimalist beauty with a natural touch. The realistic finish creates a harmonious atmosphere that fits seamlessly with the growing trend of conscious, sustainable living where quality and timelessness are more important than fleeting trends.
Versatile in your home
The 59x59 cm format makes this tile particularly versatile. Where many people only consider tiles for the bathroom, the Ecoliving Pearl excels in various spaces throughout the house:
-
In your living room : Create a light, airy base that promotes spaciousness and effortlessly matches various furniture and accessories.
-
In your kitchen : Enjoy a practical, durable floor that is stain-resistant and easy to clean.
-
In smaller spaces : The medium size is perfect for more compact rooms, office spaces or attic rooms where the large size would be too dominant.
-
In your bathroom : Benefit from the water-repellent properties and the easy-to-clean surface, ideal for wet areas.
This 59x59 format offers the perfect balance between a modern look with relatively few joints, but is still lighter and easier to work with than the larger formats. This also makes it suitable for DIY and renovation projects where weight and handling are important.
Ideal for balanced spaces
The 59x59 format of the Ecoliving Pearl is perfect for those looking for a balanced, harmonious look. This size is large enough to create a spacious effect, but not so large that it becomes overwhelming in smaller rooms.
The tile offers excellent thermal conductivity, meaning it combines perfectly with underfloor heating – for warm feet in winter without compromising on aesthetics. The light colour also reflects light, making rooms appear larger and brighter.

Order advice
When ordering floor tiles it is important to calculate sufficient material. We recommend ordering approximately 10% extra for cutting loss and as a reserve for possible damage in the future. For a space of 10 m² you would therefore need to order approximately 11 m², which amounts to 8 boxes (11.12 m²).
Frequently asked questions about 59x59 floor tiles
What is the difference between the 88.6x88.6 cm and this 59x59 cm variant?
The main difference is of course the size. The 59x59 cm tile is lighter and easier to handle during installation, which makes it ideal for DIY projects or for spaces where large tiles are not practical. Visually, it gives more grout lines, which can be desirable in some designs for extra structure. The smaller tile is also better suited for spaces with a lot of corners or objects, because less cutting is required to make the tiles fit.
Can I use this tile outside?
This tile is primarily developed for indoor use and not specifically tested for the changing weather conditions of the Benelux climate. For outdoor areas such as terraces and garden paths, we recommend choosing tiles that are specially developed for outdoor use, with proven frost resistance and better slip resistance. Our advisors will be happy to help you find the right tiles for your outdoor project.
How do I best maintain my white floor tiles?
White porcelain tiles are surprisingly easy to maintain. For daily cleaning, a damp mop with a neutral cleaner is sufficient. Avoid abrasives or acidic cleaners that can damage the top layer. For stubborn stains, you can use a specific stain remover that is suitable for porcelain. The advantage of high-quality porcelain such as the Ecoliving Pearl is that it is hardly porous (water absorption ≤ 0.5%), which means that stains are less likely to penetrate than with natural stone or regular ceramics.
