STARLIKE FINISHES GALAXY is a decorative additive in the form of a shiny silver powder used for joints on floor and wall coverings made of mosaic (glass, ceramic, metal, wood), porcelain stoneware, clinker, natural stone and agglomerate. It is used to decorate walls, bathrooms, kitchens, showrooms, shops and interior elements. The additive gives the joints a pearly sheen and accentuates the metal effect.
It can be combined with all colors of LITOKOL STARLIKE EVO epoxy fugue, except with STARLIKE EVO 113 (neutral).
Decorative additives LITOKOL STARLIKEFINISHES are used to change the appearance of the joints and obtain new optical effects. The additives are intended for mixing with epoxy compounds. The effects achieved using additives are better achieved in natural or artificial light.
Recommendations
The additives are very light and volatile due to their very low specific gravity and must therefore be handled very carefully.
Do not mix GALAXY additive with NIGHT VISION additive.
When using covering materials with a profiled or porous surface, rough and unglazed, it is recommended to carry out a test joint on the joints to check whether the grout and decorative additives are easily removed from the tile surface.
Do not use LITOKOL STARLIKE EVO epoxy grout prepared with GALAXY additive for outdoor use and for processing ceramic surfaces exposed to aggressive chemical compositions.
Do not use chlorine or acidic cleaning agents to clean and maintain the surface, as the color of the grout may change irreversibly.
