The Big Landmann is a state-of-the-art ceramic oven with grill with incredible heat insulation. This type of grill has exceptional insulation and heat retention, requiring less air and carbon. The moisture is retained in the grill, which produces a juicy result. Excellent grill for slow cook. The high-quality felt seal provides a tight seal, making it perfect for smoking. Smoke chips, chunks or small pieces of wood are placed on the coals for the smoke.
The Big Landmann can be used for direct grilling where the food is prepared directly above the glowing bed, but also for indirect grilling if you supplement this with our deflector plate. The trolley is included with this model.
