At iWoon you can pay for your order with the following payment methods. Because of the many options, you don't have to leave your comfort zone to order something from us.

At iWoon it is possible to determine your order afterwards. This is possible with Klarna: pay afterwards.

This is no problem at all. At iWoon you can place an order by email and/or telephone .

Delivery

Are you ordering more than €500 or more in the Netherlands ? We will then deliver the items to your door completely free of charge.
In Belgium we make the same promise, but for an amount of €750 or more.

At iWoon there are different shipping costs. This has everything to do with the size and weight of the items. You can have an estimate made in your shopping cart.

Shipping costs are always automatically calculated for you at checkout.

  • Regular delivery days are Monday to Friday. *

    * NB this is dependent and may differ per product.
  • Deliveries take place between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

  • Provided delivery is prevented by external factors, we will contact you.

Good news for our valued customers! We are now able to offer pick-up options. We understand that this can be a convenient option, and we are proud to offer this as a service. If you want to use our pick-up service, we kindly ask you to take into account a processing time of 1 to 2 working days before your order is ready for collection. We do our best to make this process as efficient as possible, so you can pick up your products quickly and easily.

As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a text message to notify you. From that moment on, the collection times below apply.

In addition, we understand that there may sometimes be specific situations in which you need an exception. We would like to emphasize that we are flexible and willing to look at your individual needs. If you feel that your situation warrants an exception, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Do you have a complaint or interesting feedback for us? We are always open to that!
You can leave this in the contact form on the contact page . Then select the option ' Complaint or feedback ' under ' Reason for contact '.

We will respond to your complaint as quickly as possible. Responding to a complaint can take up to 14 working days.
We aim to respond to your complaint within 5 working days.

Returns & Cancellations

When making a purchase, the customer has the option to cancel the purchase without reason within 14 days . This period starts after the moment of receipt.

When can the item be returned?

  • Within 14 days of delivery.
  • If complete and undamaged
  • If unused and not mounted
  • In the original packaging, nothing may be written on this packaging
  • Products that are specifically made for you are excluded from the right of withdrawal


If the conditions are not met, your return will not be processed.

  • Products such as glue, joints, cleaning products, maintenance products, toilet blocks of which the packaging has been opened.
  • Vouchers that have already been used.
  • Products that have already been mounted and/or contain traces of mounting.
  • Products with serious damage prevent further sales.
  • Products whose packaging has been completely destroyed and/or is no longer present.
  • Shower walls, shower cabins where the packaging has been opened. (this ensures that they are no longer transportable)
  • Items that are made to order (with unique requirements) for you.

Would you like to return a product ( small transport ) yourself? The costs for a parcel service are for the customer.


If more than one product is returned from the same address, you will only pay the return costs for the product with the highest rate.

Please note that for tiles it is only possible to return an entire order, partial deliveries are not accepted.
