A generous round washbasin crafted from honed bluestone with a hammered finish. With an extra-large diameter of 42 cm and a height of 14 cm, the Sten offers plenty of space and character. The combination of honed bluestone and hammered texture gives this washbasin a unique, handcrafted look.
This spacious basin brings the raw beauty of crafted bluestone into your bathroom. The Sten—Swedish for "stone"—with its hammered finish transforms your daily routine into a moment to appreciate craftsmanship.
Daily ease of use
The extra-large 42-centimeter diameter gives you more freedom of movement than you'd expect. The 14-centimeter height provides extra water volume and effectively keeps splashes within the bowl. The hammered texture not only gives the basin a unique look but also masks small water droplets and limescale deposits. The honed finish provides a pleasant, soft touch.
Design and Finish
The bluestone is first honed and then hammered—a traditional technique that gives the surface a subtle, vibrant texture. Each piece is unique due to both the natural properties of the material and the handcrafting. The combination of gray tones and the hammered texture gives the basin a robust, authentic look.
Sustainable Comfort
Bluestone is known for its durability and long lifespan. The material is naturally strong, and the hammered finish makes it extra robust. The combination of a honed surface and hammered texture is easy to maintain—small scratches or signs of wear are less noticeable than with a smooth surface. Due to the natural properties of bluestone, the basin is resistant to temperature fluctuations.
